Typical unremarkable apartment complex benefitting from pleasant grounds with mature trees and quite a rural feel. Just a few minutes walk from the attractive, sandy cove of Cala Santandria down a short hill.
Property would suit undemanding families or couples whose main priority is a simple base to access the beach as quickly as possible to get the best spot before everyone else! Few amenities in the immediate area and the nearest main concentration are in the neighbouring resort area of Cala Blanca.

Attractive tall palms and greenery are around the accommodation blocks and some flowering creepers decorate the facades. A central, tiled pool terrace with ample sunbeds and a sand-based children's playground. At one end of the pool is a conservatory-style building housing a snack bar with plastic chairs and tables outside.

Area Type: On a side road in the resort area of Son Carrio, sloping quite steeply to the sandy beach of Cala Santandria. Similar low-rise tourist accommodation and private residential properties are in the immediate vicinity. A couple of local shops are just a few yds along the same street and also at the beachfront.
