Lively apartment property with lots going on in it's slightly confined central grounds between the accommodation. Surprisingly small restaurant for the size of property but guests have some seating outside which may suffice.



Pleasant wooded area at the edge of the property with steps leading down to the sandy Sa Caleta beach. Popular with UK guests and will appeal to sociable couples and families for whom the beach is more important than being in a busy resort area with lots of amenities. Not to be confused with similarly named properties nearby, namely Sa Caleta Apartments and Prinsotel Sa Caleta.

Terracotta-coloured 3-storey building over three blocks with white trim green louver window shutters and a tiled roof. All rooms have a 1st-floor balcony with a metal railing front or a ground-floor terrace.

Bright and colourful lobby is the only public interior and has just a few black leather seats in the style of a doctor's waiting room.

Grounds

Lush lawned gardens between the accommodation with a mix of tall trees and smaller shrubs. At on end of the grounds is a children's playground. A tiled pool terrace has sunbeds and canopy parasols all around the edges. There is a second adults pool on a slightly lower-level and a further children's fun pool with a mushroom waterfall. A bar and restaurant are located at the end of one of the accommodation blocks and has indoor seating and plastic chairs and tables outside.

Location

Area Type: On a quiet side street leading to the sandy beach amid similar low-rise accommodation with a plot of wasteland opposite. A few local amenities are scattered around on the surrounding streets and the bus stop is a few minutes away on a larger street for Ciudadela and other nearby villages. A small commercial centre is a short walk along the road.
