Simple self-catering apartments well-located just a short way off the seafront yet still on a quiet street with peaceful facilities. Entertainment, leisure and children's facilities are available a 5-min walk away at a group-owned complex which it also shares with other sister properties S'Algar, Rafalet, San Lluis and Palmeras of the S'Algar group.



Handy central position to access the few amenities in the resort, but for more interesting days out a car is recommended to visit the nearby capital Mahon and Sant Lluis. No direct access to a beach but there is one in neighbouring Alcaufar, a 15-min walk along the coast. A concrete platform for sunbathing and swimming is 150 yds away.



Will appeal more to mature guests in this resort looking for a laid-back holiday in an attractive setting by the sea. However, the vast range of sports and activity options available are just along the street which may tempt families and active types not so worried about the lack of amenities or a beach.

Plain white 2-storey blocks with tiled roofs and a ground-floor terrace or balcony on all apartments. Some stonework adds a bit of interest to the ground-floor areas.

Interior

Communal interior is limited to a single open-plan area with glass panelling on two sides, an indoor bar with wicker seating and a small reception hatch by the entrance.

Grounds

A tiled pool terrace is to the rear of the entrance building and between the accommodation blocks. Thatched parasols surround the pool and there is lots of room for sunbeds. At the rear on lawns and sand is a children's playground.

Area Type: Located on a slightly rising side street from the seafront with other hotels on either side and mainly low-rise residential accommodation in the area. 5-mls to Mahon from here and a local bus stops a 5-min walk away. A few local amenities are found just along the street 200 yds away.
