The minimal interior facilities inlcude an open-plan lobby and lounge bar plus entertainments, all combined in a smart, modern area with lots of glasswork facing out to sea. A small covered terrace faces the pool and gardens. On a lower-level is a well-appointed and colourful buffet restaurant with pillars.

Natural vegetation separates the grounds from the beach adjacent. A log-built snack bar is located by the large pool and hedges surround the smaller, quieter pool.

Area Type: On a quiet tree-lined side street in the resort area of Son Xoriguer with other similar tourist accommodation. A local bus which also serves Ciudadela, and the mini-train, both stop at the end of the street. A supermarket is at 100 yds and a play park is 200 yds away. The marina with its many restaurants, shops and bars is 10-min walking distance.
