Lively beachfront apartment establishment with most facilities taking full advantage of the sea views and located just off the sandy beach. As well as the proximity of the beach, the children's club and programme of entertainment make this a suitable choice for families as well as sunbathers who will enjoy the pretty grounds.







A short walk to the central marina area for evening dining and shopping opportunities. Perhaps not the most relaxing environment for those seeking peace and quiet. For those bored of the beach a hire car or taxi to the appealing old city of Ciudadela nearby is a good day out.

Minimal interior areas with just a patterned marble lobby with a curved reception and a few sofas and armchairs.

Grounds

Grounds lead down to the sandy beach. Long glass-sided restaurant leads to a terrace overlooking the beach and is in a separate building at one end of the grounds. Also in the same area is covered wooden bench seating near the pool. A snack bar has thatched parasols and similar shades are provided for the sunbeds all around the pool. Lawned sections with rock walls and palm trees front the accommodation. A gravel children's playground and a mini-club hut are in one corner.

Location

Area Type: On the corner of a road junction in the centre of the town right by the beach, surrounded by other hotels on the edge of the resort area known as Xon Rogiuer. The marina/port is a 5-min walk away with its small shopping centres and many restaurants and bars. Adjacent to a large play park area. The resort mini-train stops just along the street and a bus stop is a few minutes walk away to the large old city Cuidadela. Taxis can easily be called from reception.
