Peacefully-located apartment establishment at the edge of the resort by the attractive rocky coastline. A rather inadequate swimming pool is the only other facility on offer apart from the accommodation.



Walking distance to the resort amenities and the nearest beach is actually at Cala Santandria, just along the coast, rather than the one in Cala Blanca itself. Suit those not wishing to remain at the property more than at night and having the opportunity to explore the coast and other local villages.



Guests have use of a pool and food and beverage facilities at the larger, similarly named, Maribel Avenidas sister property in the resort centre.

2-storey single rectangular block of apartments with a tiled roof and finished on white and beige. The section closest to the street appears somewhat older than the section behind it. All accommodation has a 1st-floor balcony or ground-floor terrace.

Grounds

Narrow grounds below the accommodation with a few patches of lawn and a green tarmac pool surround with a scattering of sunbeds.

Location

Area Type: On a one-way street running along the rocky coastline at the outer edge of the resort with views out to sea. A supermarket and a bus stop to Ciudadela are a 5-min walk away and the commercial centre of the resort with restaurants, shops and bars is a little further. Other low-rise apartments and residences line both sides of the street.



Nearest beach: 450 yds (Cala Santandria)
